Fri 10am-11.30am                    ****Breath class, 6 week course 31 Jan- 13 March, £80******Must Book, limited numbers****

                                                 No physical exercise, just breath work to improve wellbeing. Red Hall, Bourne, 1st floor.


Venue's:

Red Hall, Bourne, South St, PE10 9LY - you may park right outside the front whilst in class.

Uffington Village Hall, located along Main Rd, Uffington, you may park a few doors up a the car park at The Mulberry Bush, or at the village hall car park located behind the village hall.

Cost - £10 (all classes are 90 mins) Cash to Laura on the day or 10 class pass £80 valid 5 months

***Please bring a mat, arrive a few minutes before class starts to settle, bring water to drink, please turn your phone off, and bring a blanket for Relaxation, Eye pillow if you have one, it is advisable to have an empty stomach for Yoga, try to avoid a meal for at least 3 hours before class.
