Face to face YOGA classes are strictly advance and Block Booking only now due to Coronavirus limitations, classes are run at Covid Compliant venues with risk assessments and health and safety precautions being followed.

Please note that once you are booked on to a Block, this is non-refundable if you do not attend, and it is non- transferable, no credit for future classes, we are running on verylimited numbers, limited spaces, it has been a difficult time. Thankyou for your understanding.

ZOOM ONLINE YOGA classes are on Mondays 9.30am-11am***during school term time only***

Zoom Cost £8/class, please email Laura to book on and get the link to join. All levels welcome. Need a mat, blanket and any Yoga props such as Yoga bricks come in quite handy too! Please practise Yoga on an empty stomach ideally.
